Danene M. Saggau, D.C., B.C.A.O.

Dr. Saggau
There I was, lying in the hospital with pneumonia for the 6th time--and I wasn't even 3 years old. It was at age 3 I received my first chiropractic adjustment from my father, who was in his 1st year of chiropractic school.
Everything changed after that first adjustment. I never needed medication or antibiotics for asthma and allergies again nor did I ever end up in the hospital again with complicating pneumonia.
I worked in my father's office for 4 summers as a teenager. Day in and day out, I saw miracles before my eyes and after much prayerful consideration I determined I wanted to be a chiropractor and to be able to help people just like he did. It was the best decision I could have ever made.
I attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln for my undergraduate work and had the side benefit of marching in the Cornhusker band! I graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1989 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. I also became board certified in Atlas Orthogonality in 1989. Shortly after graduation, I published a research paper: The efficacy of chiropractic care in adult lumbar scoliosis. To this day I still have an interest in helping patients with scoliosis.
I came to Washington State in January 1989 to do my externship and to study the Atlas Orthogonal technique. Instead of returning home to join my father's practice, I met my future husband while opening a checking account and the rest as they say is history. We now have two wonderful boys and reside in Kent.
I opened Lake Meridian Chiropractic, PS in 1990 and have been helping people regain and maintain their health with painless, drug-free atlas orthogonal chiropractic ever since.
